ki ora today me and my group have been working on our solar system project we have been working on this for couple weeks now but we finely finished it and it is about the potions of all the planets. After we finished we started to video our selves well talking about the facts about the potions and all the other stuff And when we finished we had to share the video with our kaiako then we made a blog post about what we have been working on and what we have learnt through out our learning time below there is a link for my video. Waka Taua.

Today Ata hapara was learning about wakas we had to explain 5 things about it the 1 was. The name of the waka. 2 one was what was it used for. And 3 was what was it made out of. And the the 4 one was. What tools did they use to make thw waka. and for the 5th one was how many people did the waka hold

The name was waka taua.

It was used for war.

The waka was made out of single hollowed out log.

And the tools that they used was chisels to carve out waka taua.

And the waka could carry 100 but there are only 30 people on it at a time now.

Roger Tuivasa Sheck

I have been researching about Roger Tuivasa Sheck he is a famous rugby league player.

 Roger-Tuivasa-Sheck is a New Zealand rugby league player he used to play for the Sydney Roosters, he now plays for the New Zealand Warriors. His position is full back, which means he is the last line of defense and he catches the ball when the other team kicks on fifth and final.

He is Samoan, he was born in Apia on the 5th of June 1993 he is 28 years old.

His height is 1.82m. His Dad is Johnny Tuivasa and his Mum name is Liesha Sheck. His brother’s name is Johnny. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has lived in NZ for 6 years.Tuivasa-Sheck was born in Apia, Samoa. He attended Otahuhu College in Auckland, where he played both rugby union and rugby league.

I have learnt some new stuff about him and i found it interesting.
